Day 1: Arrival At São Vicente

Welcome to the island of São Vicente, considered the capital of Culture and Carnival. Transfer from the airport to your hotel in Mindelo city centre.

Day 2: S. Vicente Beaches & Volcanoes

Discover the different landscapes of São Vicente, with its beautiful beaches and extinct volcanoes. We start with a walking tour of the cosmopolitan city of Mindelo, the capital, then we visit Monte Verde with its panoramic view; Salamansa and its kitesurfing beach; Baía das Gatas, known for its music festival and its natural pools (free time for swimming). We'll also pass Praia Grande, an incredible white sand beach, and finally visit Calhau, with its extinct volcanoes, from where we can see the island of Santa Luzia. We return to the city centre via the Madeiral road.

Day 3: Free Day

Free day to enjoy Laginha beach (an urban beach) or to go shopping in the city centre.

Day 4: Santo Antão The Discovery

Morning transfer to Mindelo harbour to start the boat journey to your new destination - the island of Santo Antão (1 hour crossing). On arrival in Santo Antão, we'll start the tour by discovering the island's main attractions. An excursion along the famous Corda road, passing Águas das Caldeiras, Ribeira Grande, Ponta de Sol and, of course, Paúl. A fabulous contrast between the aridity of the southern side of the island, the forest on the heights and the luxuriant vegetation in the northern region.

Day 5: Free Day

Free day to relax or explore the surrounding area.

Day 6: Santo Antão Southwest Discovery

Discover the south-western side of the island, through volcanic landscapes, pozzolana fields, where you can see beautiful isolated villages. We make a stop in the village of Lagedos, known for its sustainable tourism. Continuing our tour, we will have the opportunity to see a beautiful typical landscape, not only for its unique terraced fields, but also for the contrast of colours displayed by the black volcanic rock. After lunch, you will return to the harbour and leave the beautiful green island. When arriving in São Vicente, transfer back to your accommodation.

Day 7: Free Day

Free day to wander the streets of Mindelo and relax.

Day 8: Departure Day

Day to say goodbye to Cape Verde! A transfer will take you to Cesária Évora International Airport. We wish you a safe journey home.
